To start this quest you should find Elven Camp.
We have come across an elven encampment.
Quest stages of Burial Rites
1. Allowed Camp
You have to persuade the guards.
We have been granted entrance into the elven encampment.
2. Join Ritual
We participated in the burial ritual that the elves were carrying out.
2.1. Performed Ritual Well
[ELF] *Whisper the refrain: 'Blood to earth.'*
*Reach out too, and grasp the spear.*
*With great respect, take a piece of heart, put it in your mouth, and chew.*
*Give Tovah a slow nod of respect - you share a memory now.*

The elves approved of how we comported ourselves during the ritual.
