Treasure Maps are unique documents that provide clues leading to the location of a hidden treasure. There are a total of 12 treasure maps in Avowed, three in each of the major regions: Dawnshore, Emerald Stair, Shatterscarp and Galawain's Tusks. You do not need to have the treasure map to find the treasure it points to.
Once you manage to find all items linked to the treasure maps, you will unlock the "Pathfinder" achievement / trophy.
