No secret went unheard during the war, thanks to the ones known as the Eyes of Kosmos. To them, knowledge was the greatest tool to control the world, and they endeavored to know all.

You have to uncover and kill: Elpenor, Sotera, The Master, Hermippos, Midas, and Nyx the Shadow.
When you receive this quest, Elpenor will already be dead because you killed him during the Snake in the Grass quest.
Items: Scaled Torso (Legendary Torso, Snake Set), Symbol on Elpenor's Cloak (Cultist Clue)
Sotera can be found in Port of Nisaia in Megaris.
Items: Slithering Belt (Legendary Waist, Snake Set), Warning to Sotera (Cultist Clue)
To find The Master, you must complete a series of quests for Sokrates: Citizenship Test, Witness Him, Free Speech (if you have not yet found / killed Hermippos), On a High Horse, and A Life's Worth. These quests will be available after completing the main quest Perikles's Symposium. You can receive the first quest in the series by talking to Alkibiades and Sokrates in Athens, and you will face The Master in the last quest in the series.
The Master is in Lavrio Silver Mine in Attika.
Items: Viper's Hood (Legendary Head, Snake Set), Letter to the Master (Cultist Clue)
You will receive the first clue (Letter to the Master) about this Cultist at the end of Perikles's Symposium quest. Now you have two possibilities how to find out exactly where this Cultist is:
1. Go to Fort Phyle in Attika and kill Polemarch who will drop or the next clue (Lover's Letter to Hermippos).
2. Complete the Free Speech quest.
Hermippos is in the Temple of Hephaistos in Athens in Attika.
Items: Venom Gloves (Legendary Arms, Snake Set), Etchings on Hermippos's Gloves (Cultist Clue)
Midas is in Argos city in Argolis.
Items: Noxious Boots (Legendary Legs, Snake Set), Sage Letter to Midas (Cultist Clue)
Nyx the Shadow walks through the southeastern part of Athens. You'll find out her exact position when you collect clues from other members of this branch of the Cult: Symbol on Elpenor's Cloak, Warning to Sotera, Letter to the Master, Sage Letter to Midas, and Etchings on Hermippos's Gloves.
