After placing Sophanes's name on the citizen list, Alkibiades said the task wasn't complete. Apparently, Alexios had to also convince a witness to claim Sophanes was a true citizen.

The guy does not want to help and you have to choose whether you agree with him or try to convince him to help. You can pay him 200 coins or beat him in hand-to-hand combat.
Return to Alkibiades with a message if you managed to get a witness or not.
