You have to uncover and kill: Epiktetos the Forthcoming, The Centaur of Euboea, The Chimera, The Silver Griffin, Machaon the Feared, and Polemon the Wise.
You don't have to deal with him. It is a Cultist, who was killed by Deimos in quest The Serpent's Lair.
You will find The Centaur of Euboea in the Abandoned Mine on the Euboea island.
Items: Agamemnon's Waistband (Legendary Waist, Agamemnon Set), Silver on the Centaur's waistband (Cultist Clue)
The Chimera can be found in the Beach Encampment on the Andros island.
Items: Boots of Agamemnon (Legendary Legs, Agamemnon Set), Letter to the Chimera (Cultist Clue)
One of the clues (Letter to the Chimera) drops from The Chimera, another one (Slaver's Gift) can be found in the Silver Mine in Attika, in the legendary chest with Agamemnon’s Gauntlets (Legendary Arms, Agamemnon Set).
The Silver Griffin can be found in the bandits camp on Prasonisia Island. It's the small island south-west of Mykonos island.
Items: Agamemnon's Body Armor (Legendary Torso, Agamemnon Set), Letter to the Silver Griffin (Cultist Clue).
The first clue (Letter to the Silver Griffin) drops from The Silver Griffin. To find a second clue (Dead Man's Note) you have to go to the Shipwreck Cove in Achaia and search the corpse of a dead man.
Machaon the Feared can be found near Patrai Military Shipyard in Patrai city in Achaia.
Items: Agamemnon's Helmet (Legendary Head, Agamemnon Set), Sage Letter to Machaon the Feared (Cultist Clue)
To unveil this Cultist's location on the map you need: Letter to the Chimera, Letter to the Silver Griffin, Silver on the Centaur's waistband, Note Found in the Sanctuary of Kosmos, and Sage Letter to Machaon the Feared.
Polemon the Wise can be found in the Teichos of Herakles fort in Achaia.
Items: Elysian Axe (Legendary Heavy Bladed), The Ghost's whisper to Polemon (Cultist Clue)
