Armor Pods

There are 24 Armor Pods in Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart. You need to collect just one Head, Torso, and Leg armor pod to unlock the "Does This Make My Tail Look Big?" trophy.

Blizon Crystals

There are a total of 30 Blizon Crystals on two planets: Blizar Prime and Cordelion. The crystal in the "regular" version of the planet and in its "alternate" version count as one. When you hit Blizon Crystal, it will transfer you between the current version of the planet and another version of it. When you hit 29 crystals you should unlock the "Shifty Character" trophy.

CraiggerBears

CraiggerBears are teddy bears that can be collected, and they are the only type of collectible items that are not marked on the map when you get close to them. There are 9 of them in total, one on each planet. Collect them all to unlock the "UnBEARably Awesome" trophy.

Glitch Challenges

Glitch Challenges are a type of puzzle where you play as a little spider robot. There are 5 Glitch Challenges in Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart. Complete all of them to unlock "Glitch, Uh, Finds a Way" trophy.

Gold Bolts

There are 25 Gold Bolts in total in Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart. You need to find 5 of them to unlock "Nooks and Crannies" trophy. Collecting Gold Bolts will give you various benefits: new skins for wrench, hammer, or ship; big heads; rendering filters; floating damage numbers; photo mode stickers and frames; music packs; different appearance of bolts or weapons; cheats like infinite ammo or infinite health; and more.

Grunthors

Grunthors are large dinosaurs that you will come across while exploring Sargasso. Killing 5 of them is necessary to unlock the "Extinction Event" trophy. This is the missable trophy, so it's best not to try to skip the Grunthors, just kill any of them that get in your way. The two Grunthors will not be available until subsequent visits to the planet.

RYNO Spybots

There are 10 RYNO Spybots in Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart. Each of them gives you one blueprint for the RYNO weapon. After you get all of them you can buy the RYNO 8 weapon from Ms. Zurkon. This will unlock "Aim to Misbehave" trophy.

Speetle Nests

Speetle Nests are places where you can summon Speetles, allowing you to move across the surface of the water, etc.

Vendors

As you progress through the game, you will be able to purchase new weapons from Ms. Zurkon, restock your ammo, or make upgrades to your already owned weapons.

Zurpstones

Some time after you leave the planet Sargasso, you will be able to return to it to help Trudi. For this you will need to collect a total of 60 Zurpstones. Once you have collected 30 Zurpstones you will be rewarded with Galactic Ranger (Boots) and the ability to fly on Trudi. That way you will gain access to some places that were not accessible before. After collecting 45 Zurpstones, Trudi will be able to shoot fireballs so you will be able to collect Zurpstones located on rooftops, etc. When you collect all 60 Zurpstones, you will be rewarded with Spybot (Sargasso).
