Collecting the Lorbs is a part of the "Hunt for Lombax Lore" quest, which takes place at Savali planet. There are 12 of them in total.
When you talk to the Scholar Monk located in a camp located in the central part of the planet, he'll ask you to find Lorbs and bring them to him in exchange for pieces of a full set of armor - Wasteland Gear. You will get boots for bringing him 3 orbs, chest armor for handing over 7 orbs, and a helmet when you bring him all 12 orbs.

Lorb #1It's on a flying platform that will start moving away when you try to get close to it. Use your hoverboots, catch up to the platform and when you are close enough you will be able to grapple onto it. Press the green button and then you will gain access to the Lorb.
Lorb #10Run along the magnetic panels, going over the 3 pressure plates along the way, and this way you will remove the barrier around the statue.
Lorb #12After crossing the bridges leading to the island, turn right and you should see the first rift. Use it and the next one and then the rails and you will reach the statue.
Lorb #4To get to the platform that Lorb is on, you must use your hoverboots, max out your speed and jump up using the ramp.
Lorb #5You will find this Lorb statue in a village located in the central part of the planet.
Lorb #6You will come across several enemies around the statue that you must get rid of.
Lorb #7It's on top of a stone pillar.
To get to this lorb start by bouncing off the mushroom.
Then use the rift and another mushroom.
Lorb #8There are four pillars here. Shoot the red orb on one of the pillars, it will turn blue and the red orb will appear on another pillar. Repeat this process four times and then a statue with Lorb will pop out.
Lorb #9To remove the barrier around the statue you have to use your hoverboots and quickly run over the 3 green buttons connected by wire.
