There are 25 Gold Bolts in total in Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart. You need to find 5 of them to unlock "Nooks and Crannies" trophy. Collecting Gold Bolts will give you various benefits: new skins for wrench, hammer, or ship; big heads; rendering filters; floating damage numbers; photo mode stickers and frames; music packs; different appearance of bolts or weapons; cheats like infinite ammo or infinite health; and more.

Gold Bolt (Corson V #1)This bolt is inside the fenced area. You can get here from the area to the north using rifts. You can do this while chasing Phantom (story) or later.
Gold Bolt (Corson V #2)This bolt is located on the balcony in the first of the factory rooms. You can jump to it from the crates below.
To get to the factory you have to get to the upper part of the city. You can do this by using the magnetic ramp that you will find in the middle of the city, not far from Ms. Zurkon.
Gold Bolt (Corson V #3)This bolt is located on the upper level. You can get here from the west side, in the same way as you did with the Raritanium x 3. For this to be possible you must have the Omniglove / Phantom Dash ability. You will receive them after you meet Phantom (story).
Use the Phantom Dash to get to the small platform and then run over the arrow panels.
Gold Bolt (Sargasso #3)You will be able to collect this bolt on your future visit to the planet when you can fly the dragon Trudi.
Gold Bolt (Scarstu Debris Field #1)The bolt is located under the platform. Jump off the nearby platform and glide to it.
Gold Bolt (Scarstu Debris Field #2)Reward for completing Battleplex Bronze Challenge #4 - "Bugtrax".
Gold Bolt (Scarstu Debris Field #3)Reward for completing Battleplex Silver Challenge #3 - "Pest Control".
Gold Bolt (Savali #1)It's on a flying platform that will start moving away when you try to get close to it. Use your hoverboots, catch up to the platform and when you are close enough you will be able to grapple onto it. Press the green button and then you will gain access to the bolt.
Gold Bolt (Savali #2)The bolt is located on a platform floating in the sky. To reach it, you must start in the north of the planet, near Raritanium. The first of the pressure plates is located there. Follow the wire and quickly press three green plates in total to activate a portal that will take you to the platform with the bolt.
Gold Bolt (Savali #3)Available during the second story visit to this planet (or later). To open the door you must complete the Glitch Challenge (Savali #2).
Gold Bolt (Blizar Prime #2)The bolt is on the platform above. You can get to it by walking on the magnetic panels. The start of these is to the northwest.
Gold Bolt (Torren IV #1)To get to the platform where the bolt is, you'll need to turn into a side corridor, use your hoverboots, kick out on the ramps, and run along the wall.
Gold Bolt (Torren IV #2)When you first ride the rail, you may notice a yellow rift. If you hop into it, you will be teleported to the track where this bolt is located.
Gold Bolt (Cordelion #1)To get to this bolt go to the abandoned version and jump from the main platform towards this smaller one. After a moment, you should be able to reach the rift located on the small platform. Quickly grapple to it.
Gold Bolt (Cordelion #2)To get to the room where the bolt is, use the moment when the door is slightly open and grapple the rift on the other side.
Gold Bolt (Cordelion #3)While underwater, look for a magnetic wall that you can climb up. You will find the bolt at the top.
Gold Bolt (Ardolis #1)To get access to the bolt you must complete a nearby Glitch Challenge (Ardolis).
Gold Bolt (Viceron #3)You will be able to take the bolt after you open the prison cells (story).
