CraiggerBears
CraiggerBears are teddy bears that can be collected, and they are the only type of collectible items that are not marked on the map when you get close to them. Collect them all to unlock the "UnBEARably Awesome" trophy.
Spybots
Each RYNO Spybot gives you one blueprint for the RYNO weapon. After you get all of them you can buy the RYNO 8 weapon from Ms. Zurkon. This will unlock "Aim to Misbehave" trophy.
Gold Bolts
There are 25 Gold Bolts in total in Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart. You need to find 5 of them to unlock "Nooks and Crannies" trophy. Collecting Gold Bolts will give you various benefits.
Pocket Dimensions
Pocket Dimensions are self-contained mini-levels where you'll have to do some platforming to collect an Armor Pod.
Armor Pods
There are 24 Armor Pods in Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart. You need to collect just one Head, Torso, and Leg armor pod to unlock the "Does This Make My Tail Look Big?" trophy.
Raritanium
Raritanium are blue crystals sticking out of crates, walls, rocks, etc., that you will find during the game. To collect them you should smash them with your wrench or hammer. Raritanium can be used to upgrade your weapons.
Zurpstones
Zurpstones will be available later in the game and when you have collected enough of them you will receive the corresponding rewards, Galactic Ranger (Boots) and Spybot (Sargasso).
Grunthors
Grunthors are large dinosaurs that you will come across while exploring the planet. Killing 5 of them is necessary to unlock the "Extinction Event" trophy.
Speetle Nests
Speetle Nests are places where you can summon Speetles, allowing you to move across the surface of the water, etc.
Vendors
As you progress through the game, you will be able to purchase new weapons from Ms. Zurkon, restock your ammo, or make upgrades to your already owned weapons.
Landing Pads
The places where your ship lands when you arrive on this planet.
