CraiggerBears
CraiggerBears are teddy bears that can be collected, and they are the only type of collectible items that are not marked on the map when you get close to them. Collect them all to unlock the "UnBEARably Awesome" trophy.

Spybots
Each RYNO Spybot gives you one blueprint for the RYNO weapon. After you get all of them you can buy the RYNO 8 weapon from Ms. Zurkon. This will unlock "Aim to Misbehave" trophy.
Spybot (Torren IV)The bot is located in a cave, which you can descend to via a magnetic walkway located in a side alley.
Gold Bolts
There are 25 Gold Bolts in total in Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart. You need to find 5 of them to unlock "Nooks and Crannies" trophy. Collecting Gold Bolts will give you various benefits.
Gold Bolt (Torren IV #1)To get to the platform where the bolt is, you'll need to turn into a side corridor, use your hoverboots, kick out on the ramps, and run along the wall.
Gold Bolt (Torren IV #2)When you first ride the rail, you may notice a yellow rift. If you hop into it, you will be teleported to the track where this bolt is located.
Pocket Dimensions
Pocket Dimensions are self-contained mini-levels where you'll have to do some platforming to collect an Armor Pod.
Pocket Dimension (Torren IV)You will be able to get here when you get the Hurlshot (story).
Armor Pods
There are 24 Armor Pods in Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart. You need to collect just one Head, Torso, and Leg armor pod to unlock the "Does This Make My Tail Look Big?" trophy.
Lombax Praetorian (Helmet)It's at the end of the obstacle course inside the Pocket Dimension (Torren IV).
Raritanium
Raritanium are blue crystals sticking out of crates, walls, rocks, etc., that you will find during the game. To collect them you should smash them with your wrench or hammer. Raritanium can be used to upgrade your weapons.
