There are 10 RYNO Spybots in Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart. Each of them gives you one blueprint for the RYNO weapon. After you get all of them you can buy the RYNO 8 weapon from Ms. Zurkon. This will unlock "Aim to Misbehave" trophy.

To get to the platform with the spybot you need to use the Hurlshot to the right of Zurkie's Bar entrance. It will be available after your visit to Torren IV.

Reward for completing Battleplex Gold Challenge #4 - "Vroom Around".

On board of a shipwreck you will find a large cave. The entrance to the cave is located near Raritanium.

Complete Chef Tulio's side quest and then you will receive a spybot from her.

The bot is located in a cave, which you can descend to via a magnetic walkway located in a side alley.

The spybot is on a platform overhead. Use the rift to get there.
