CraiggerBears
CraiggerBears are teddy bears that can be collected, and they are the only type of collectible items that are not marked on the map when you get close to them. Collect them all to unlock the "UnBEARably Awesome" trophy.

Spybots
Each RYNO Spybot gives you one blueprint for the RYNO weapon. After you get all of them you can buy the RYNO 8 weapon from Ms. Zurkon. This will unlock "Aim to Misbehave" trophy.

Gold Bolts
There are 25 Gold Bolts in total in Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart. You need to find 5 of them to unlock "Nooks and Crannies" trophy. Collecting Gold Bolts will give you various benefits.
Gold Bolt (Corson V #1)This bolt is inside the fenced area. You can get here from the area to the north using rifts. You can do this while chasing Phantom (story) or later.
Gold Bolt (Corson V #2)This bolt is located on the balcony in the first of the factory rooms. You can jump to it from the crates below.
Gold Bolt (Corson V #3)This bolt is located on the upper level. You can get here from the west side, in the same way as you did with the Raritanium x 3. For this to be possible you must have the Omniglove / Phantom Dash ability. You will receive them after you meet Phantom (story).
Glitch Challenges
Glitch Challenges are a type of arcade puzzle where you play as a little spider robot. Complete all of them to unlock "Glitch, Uh, Finds a Way" trophy.

Pocket Dimensions
Pocket Dimensions are self-contained mini-levels where you'll have to do some platforming to collect an Armor Pod.

Armor Pods
There are 24 Armor Pods in Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart. You need to collect just one Head, Torso, and Leg armor pod to unlock the "Does This Make My Tail Look Big?" trophy.
Robot Disguise (Helmet)It's at the end of the obstacle course inside the Pocket Dimension (Corson V).
Raritanium
Raritanium are blue crystals sticking out of crates, walls, rocks, etc., that you will find during the game. To collect them you should smash them with your wrench or hammer. Raritanium can be used to upgrade your weapons.
