Iron Gut Pietro swallowed a valuable gemstone - Ngati's Black Tear - to avoid its theft, but now he's unable to pass it through his system. I've offered to help him "retrieve" the stone.

Quest stages of Iron Gut

1. Speak to Rosenella.

Talk to Rosenella at the Radiant Court about a medicinal concoction that might help Pietro purge the gemstone he swallowed.

2. Acquire the ingredients for Ondra's Bile.

Rosanella gave me a list of the ingredients for Ondra's Bile - a rotten hagfish, an unripened palm stone, and a vial of fire kelp extract.

Updates:

I should look around Lifter's Refuge for any rotten hagfish.

One of the merchants at the Radiant Court might have unripened palm stones for sale.

Rosenella told me that I can purchase fire kelp extract from the King's Coffin.

I acquired a rotten hagfish.

I acquired an unripened palm stone.

I acquired a vial of fire kelp extract.

Jacob Harker, owner of the King's Coffin in Dunnage sells fire kelp extract for 250 pires a bundle.

3. Return to Iron Gut Pietro.

Bring the ingredients for Ondra's Bile to Pietro at the King's Coffin in Dunnage. And then stand way, way back.

4. Endings

Iron Gut Pietro vomited up the gemstone and gratefully gave it to me after wiping it clean.
