Wakoyo has tasked me with hunting down Radulf, a Vailian captain in command of the galleon Goldbell. There's a bounty to claim in exchange for evidence of the captain's death.

Radulf sails his galleon Goldbell east of Neketaka by the southwestern tip of the Kua o Rikuhu island chain.
Radulf's bounty is mine to claim. I can collect my reward by returning to Wakayo at the Brass Citadel in Neketaka.
