Barati has tasked me with hunting down Diccila, a Vailian captain who commands the voyager Alisio. There's a bounty to claim in exchange for evidence of the captain's death.

Diccila commands the voyager Alisio. She's often found in the waters south of Neketaka.
Diccila is no more and Barati will reward me for proof of the deed. He can be found on the upper floor of the palace in Serpent's Crown in Neketaka.
I dealt with Diccila and claimed the reward for her bounty.
