The following legend of Alfheim interactive game map defines the points of interest / markers displayed on the map. Each marker corresponds to a specific element to facilitate efficient navigation and interaction with the map.
Hilt of Gram
You can find it in the Alfheim Legendary Chest (Temple of Light #2) in the Temple of Light in Alfheim. Effect: "Grants a burst of Rage and applies Stun to nearby enemies." Upgrades increase the amount of Rage gained.
Mystic Gateways act as fast travel points in God of War Ragnarök. By interacting with such a waygate you will be able to travel to other waygates available at the current stage of the game.
Temple of Light
You can unlock this waygate as long as you have the Draupnir Spear because access to it is blocked by a rock that you have to blow up using this spear.

Finding all Jewels of Yggdrasil is required to fully repair the Amulet of Yggdrasil. Initially the amulet has only 2 of 9 slots unlocked, each jewel allows you to unlock an additional slot. In total, you can find 7 jewels.
Jewel of Yggdrasil (Alfheim)
You can find it inside the Alfheim Legendary Chest (The Forbidden Sands #2).
You must find all the Odin's Ravens to complete the "Eyes of Odin" favor. When you find one of Odin's Ravens, you need to destroy it with one of your weapons. Once you've destroyed enough of them (6/12/18/28/38/48), return to the Raven Tree in Niflheim to open the unlocked legendary chest and receive rewards for doing that.
Alfheim Odin's Raven (Temple of Light #1)
To get here, you must turn right off the main path at some point and jump down. The raven is behind a grating so to hit it you have to bounce your axe off two twilight stones.

You will come across this raven in the upper part of the temple, after crossing the light bridge.

You can find 60+ Legendary Chests in God of War Ragnarök, 53 of which must be found to complete all realms at 100%. None of these 53 chests can be missed. They are large gold chests and always contain some sort of reward.
Alfheim Legendary Chest (Temple of Light #1)
Contains: Hades Retribution (Blades of Chaos - Light Runic Attack). To get here, you must turn right off the main path at some point and go down to a lower level twice.
Alfheim Legendary Chest (Temple of Light #2)
Contains: Hilt of Gram (Relic). To get here you must go through the gate located under the main path.
Alfheim Legendary Chest (Temple of Light #3)
Contains: Rune-Engraved Release (Accessory). To get to this chest you must swing a large stone hanging on a rope and then throw your axe at its wall made of Twilight Stone. The axe will bounce and destroy the crystal, making the light barrier disappear.
Alfheim Legendary Chest (The Barrens #1)
Contains: Gauntlets of Radiance (Wrist Armour).
Alfheim Legendary Chest (The Barrens #2)
Contains: Belt of Radiance (Waist Armour).
Alfheim Legendary Chest (The Barrens #3)
Contains: Rönd of Affliction (Shield Attachment). You need to position yourself near the connection at the bottom and throw your axe at the twilight stone. When the axe cuts two connections then call it back to you and then when it is coming back to you it should cut the connection near which you are standing.
Alfheim Legendary Chest (The Below)
Contains: Shoulder Straps of Radiance (Chest Armor). Underground, in "The Below" area. You will walk past this chest on your way back to the surface during the "Secret of the Sands" favor.
Alfheim Legendary Chest (The Burrows #1)
Contains: Hel's Touch (Leviathan Axe - Light Runic Attack). Underground, in "The Burrows" area. In the cave, on the way to Hafgufa, you must throw an axe at the twilight stone so that it destroys the obstacle obstructing the point that allows climbing.
Alfheim Legendary Chest (The Burrows)
Contains: Nemean Crush (Blades of Chaos - Heavy Runic Attack). Underground, in "The Burrows" area. This one is the room you will reach after destroying the Halgufa's bindings.
Alfheim Legendary Chest (The Forbidden Sands #1)
Contains: Hardened War Handles (Blades of Chaos Attachment). In order to access this chest you need to cut three joints at the same time and thus remove the roots that stand in your way. To do this, you must clear one of the twilight stones from the vines that overgrow it, position both twilight stones accordingly and make an axe throw.

Contains: Jewel of Yggdrasil.
Alfheim Legendary Chest (The Strönd)
Contains: Skadi's Edge (Leviatan Axe - Light Runic Attack). Just few steps after you came across the twilight stones for the first time, jump down and enter the small cave. This is the same cave where the "Kvasir's Poems 5/14 - Afterlife Abandonment" artifact is.
Alfheim Nornir Chest (Temple of Light)
Contains: Horn of Blood Mead. You will come across this chest after crossing the light bridge. You have to strike three bells in a short period of time. Two of the bells are located on the left side of the chest.
Alfheim Nornir Chest (The Barrens)
To open this chest you must light three fires. But first, in order for you to approach the chest, you must destroy the three joints by throwing an axe at them.
Alfheim Nornir Chest (The Below)
Underground, in "The Below" area. This chest stands near a wooden gate, which can only be opened from one side. To get to the contents of this chest you must ring three bells.
Alfheim Nornir Chest (The Forbidden Sands #1)
To open this chest you must ignite three fires. One of them is located not far from the chest. Two more you will find further into the desert.
Alfheim Nornir Chest (The Forbidden Sands #2)
This chest is in the cave below the temple. The Cave Entrance is at the base of the platform on which the door to the temple is located. To open this chest you must remove the obstacles blocking access to it and ignite the three fires.
Alfheim Nornir Chest (The Strönd #1)
Contains: Idunn Apple. To open this box you must light three fires. With two of them you shouldn't have the slightest, just get close enough and use the Blades of Chaos.
Alfheim Nornir Chest (The Strönd #2)
To unlock this chest you need the Draupnir Spear which you will acquire later in the game, in the mission "Forging Destiny". Embed spears in each of the 3 runes then detonate at once.

The map lies on the ground next to the corpse. You will be able to get here when you complete the main mission "Groa's Secret" and Tyr unlocks the passage to the part of Alfheim located north of "The Strönd" mystic gateway.

Drops: Alfheim's Honour (Amulet Enchantment), 35x Shattered Rune, 3x Dwarven Steel, 25x Bonded Leather, 3x Stonewood, 3x Honed Metal.
Gravel Belly
Drops: Alfheim's Fortune (Amulet Enchantment), Dragon Claw (Resources), Skirnir's Gambanteinn (Resource), 2x Dragon Tooth. Killing this beast is the objective of "The Desert Door" mission.
The Maven
You will be attacked by her when you try to leave the shrine after taking the "Consul's Journal" artifact.
Alfheim Yggdrasil Rift (The Forbidden Sands)
Contains: 10x Dust of Realms (Unique Resource), 2x Stonewood, 2x Dwarven Steel, 2 x Honed Metal, 750 Hacksilver.
Closing all 6 Hel Tears is required to complete the favor "Hel to Pay". Hel Tears are the source of the Frozen Sparks. When you collect all 6 sparks then they will turn into the Frozen Flame, an item that will allow you to upgrade your axe.
Alfheim Hel Tear (The Strönd)
Contains: Frozen Spark, 2x Essence of Hel (Unique Resource), 25 Dust of Realms (Unique Resource), 3000 Hacksilver.
You will be able to activate Berserker Gravestones when you acquire the special item - "Inert Hilt of Skofnung", which will happen during the main quest "The Word of Fate". After activating them, you will fight a battle against unique, powerful opponents.

Svipdagr the Cold and Sisters of Illska. Drops: Berserker Cuirass (Chest Armor), Asgard's Security (Amulet Enchantment), Frozen Flame, 75x Shattered Rune (Unique Resource), 5x Tempered Remnants, 180x Bonded Leather.
Alfheim Berserker Gravestone (The Forbidden Sands)
Hjalti the Stolid. Drops: Grip of the Nine Realms (Leviathan Axe Attachment), 40x Shattered Rune (Unique Resource), 3x Tempered Remnants, 40x Bonded Leather.
The Remnants of Asgard will become available when the main storyline of the game is completed. After the credits the favor "The Last Remnants of Asgard" should appear in your journal. Your task is to find the remnants scattered throughout the realms and destroy the Einherjar guards in the area.

Nine Realms in Bloom. Collecting all nine flowers is the objective of the "Nine Realms in Bloom" favor. This favor appears in your journal when you find the first of the flowers. The flowers are located in places you will reach in the later stages of the game and some of them you will be able to collect only after completing the main storyline of the game. Once you collect all nine flowers, you will unlock "The Florist" trophy.
