A total of 14 relics can be obtained in God of War Ragnarök. You will acquire some of them as you progress through the game's main storyline. A few you'll get by visiting various places where you'll have to find and loot a chest or kill an enemy. The last couple you can craft at a blacksmith. For this to be possible you will first have to find the lost page (there are four of them) and get the necessary materials.

Hilt of SkofnungEffect: "The sword unleashes its power from the souls within." Upgrades increase the strength of this effect. It drops from King Hrolf Kraki in King's Grave in Midgard. This boss can only be fought after completing all Berserker Gravestones.
Show the mapMystical HeirloomEffect: "Awakens something dormant, deep down inside of the bearer." You can use this relic to reawaken slumbering trolls and engage them in the fights.
Talisman of MeignYou collect it while searching for Tyr during the main quest "The Quest for Tyr". Effect: "Grants a bonus to Melee damage for a short duration." Upgrades increase this effect and its duration.
Hilt of GramYou can find it in the Alfheim Legendary Chest (Temple of Light #2) in the Temple of Light in Alfheim. Effect: "Grants a burst of Rage and applies Stun to nearby enemies." Upgrades increase the amount of Rage gained.
Show the mapGlaive of DodherIt drops from Fiske, whom you must defeat during the main quest "The Reckoning". Effect: "Throw a Bifrost chakram that swerves into enemies." Upgrades increase the number of chakrams thrown.
