This tale will be available once you visit Umugi Cove in Toyotama. You will have to go there while doing "A Message in Fire" main tale.

Talk to a musician named Yamato, who has a message for you from Kojiro. You can find the musician in dojo in Umugi Cove. Kojiro wants to duel with you, but in order for this to happen, you must prove yourself worthy and defeat five other opponents first.
The musician told me of a demon... no, a man named Kojiro who wishes to duel me. But first, I must first duel the five Straw Hats who joined him. lf that's what it takes, I will accept their challenge.
You will have no problem finding all your opponents, as they will be marked on the map. You have to defeat each one of them in a one-on-one duel.
Return to Umugi Cove and talk to Yamato. He'll tell you where you should go to face Kojiro.
Travel to Omi Monastery in the western part of Kubara. Find a passage between the rocks that will take you to the cave where Kojiro awaits you. The easiest way to get to the entrance is to go east, starting at the base of a huge Buddha statue.
Walk up to Kojiro and talk to him and after a short chat the duel will start.
When you defeat him, you'll get a new armor - Kensei Armor and Kensei Headband.
