The paths into Toyotama are blocked, but Yuna knows some hunters who can help me retake Fort Kaminodake while she gathers my remaining allies. I can find these hunters camped on Mount Sago.
2. Find Takeshi's camp in Sago prefecture / Speak with Takeshi
Find Takeshi's Camp on top of the mountain and talk to Takeshi. You'll tell him about your plan to retake Fort Kaminodake. Takeshi will agree to help you.

Then approach the cliff overlook from where you can watch the fort and its neighbourhood and discuss with Takeshi the details of the attack.
The roads into Toyotama are blocked, but I'm going to break through. Yuna's hunter contacts agreed to help us retake Fort Kaminodake from the Mongols. Once the fort falls, the path will be clear to reunite with my allies. I hope Yuna's able to gather everyone in time for our attack.
4. Travel to Fort Kaminodake / Meet Takeshi's hunters at the lumber camp
Get on your way to Fort Kaminodake. The camp where the hunters will be waiting for you is on the left of the entrance gate to Fort Kaminodake. The hunters have climbed the rocks, you must join them.
5. Climb the cliff into fort Kaminodake / Survey the fort
Step onto the collapsed building, jump up and use the grappling hook to swing to the rocks which you can climb up to reach the hunters.
Move up to the edge and take a look at the fort.

Gather with the hunters in the middle of the village. After a while the gate to the next part of the fort will open and a patrol of several Mongols will arrive. Get rid of them.

When you get rid of them go ahead, killing more Mongols who stand in your way. At some point you'll have to approach the edge of a cliff to see what's going on near the Toyotama gate.
9. Survey the keep
Get to the gatehouse and survey the area. You'll notice hwatcha and a grapple point which will let you get to the other side.
10. Defeat the Mongols
Use your grappling hook on the next few branches and climb up the cliffs to reach the hwacha.
Wait until the soldier patrolling the area will stop turning his back on you. Assassinate him and then sneak up to the hwacha operator.
You can use the hwacha to get rid of most of your opponents.
