Exit through the window...
...and climb a ladder to the roof of the neighboring building.
Go to the other side of the roof, jump on a slackline and walk over it to the other side.
Jump down on the tent and quickly enter the house in front of you through the window.
Leave the house through the window on the other side, pass the next tent by going from its right side, and squeeze through a gap in the wall. When you do that, your escape will be discovered and the samurai will start looking for you.
2. Reach your horse in the stables
Jump on the roof of the smaller building on the right and then on the roof of the larger one.
Cross the line to the roof of the building on the left and then the second line to the roof of the stable and jump on its roof.
Go inside through the hole in the roof and approach your horse. You must approach him from the front.
When you do that, you automatically mount the horse and start riding. You will manage to escape, but during the escape your horse will be shot.
Your horse's wounds will be so serious that you will soon have to say goodbye to him.

3. Push forward to reunite with Yuna / Reach the sacred tree without being seen
Walk ahead until you see the village and the big burnt tree where Yuna was supposed to be waiting for you. You'll see some Mongols around the tree. You don't have any weapons so you have to get to the tree without being noticed by them.
A relatively simple way to get to the tree unnoticed is by taking the left side. There is a lot of grass in which you can hide and a large, partially burnt house where you can hide.
Watch out for the patrol and the soldier standing on the rock. Wait until the patrol walk away and the soldier on the rock turns his back on you and then sneak into a small burnt house.
Then sneak to the big house and go inside through the window.
In the house, jump over the railing to get to the slightly open door.
Use your focused hearing to see when the Mongol patroling the area is, and when it's safe, squeeze through the door and hide in the grass a few steps further away.
Wait in the grass until the Mongol patrolling the area passes by and walk over the fallen tree trunk to the sacred tree.
4. Reach the search area / Investigate the area further
Inside the sacred tree you'll only find the corpses of a few people killed by the Mongols.
Go towards the river and examine the body lying there and then you will understand that the Mongols also started to use the poison - your poison!
Suddenly you will be shot with a poisoned arrow. You'll start vomiting. When you can control your character, go towards the bridge to hide in the storm. After a while you will fall to the ground and lose consciousness.
When you regain consciousness, you will realize that Yuna saved your life again. She will tell you that Khan is in Port Izumi and you will decide to look for a safe place somewhere close.
I escaped my samurai captors, but I almost lost my life when the Mongols poisoned me. They learned to reverse engineer my poison... and they're using it against our people. More than ever, I have to stop them.

Yuna will be waiting for you near the lookout tower and will tell you to climb the tower and find a place suitable for your new hideout. Climb up and survey the area. Jogaku's pagoda seems to be the perfect place, there's only one problem - it's occupied by the Mongols.
