A Scrawled Message You will find this document in a tent at the camp by the lake.

Attached to An Old Crate You'll find these records by a small storage shed standing next to the burned house.

Beware TheTengu-Masked Archer You will find these notes on a small bench inside the house.

Curse You can find this scroll next to a large pile of supplies at Raider Memorial.

Epitaph You will find the document on the lowest level of the lighthouse. To get inside, you must climb the outer wall of the lighthouse and then use the ladder.

Faded Scrap of Paper It's on the top floor of the house covered with vines.

For Father This document lies on the floor of one of the buildings in the village.

Fragment of A Letter to An Unknown Follower This scroll is found on the middle level of the lighthouse.

Hidden Treasure This one is lying on the floor in one of the huts.

Manifest You'll find these records inside a ruined house.

Praise To You It's on the stone steps of the Destroyed Shrine.

Should I Not Return You will find these notes in one of the houses in the temple village.

To Kichijiro Near the Crossroads in Yahata Forest You will find these records in the Sheltered Campsite.

To My Follower, Genro After destroying the Mongol camp, the records will lie on a pile of fabric. Before that you will find it in one of the tents.

To My Follower, Sainen This scroll lies on top of a wooden cage.

To My Future Shaman, Zenshin The records are inside the closed temple. To open it you must complete the side tale "Caretakers of the Eagle".

To My Wife It lies on the ground, against the wall of one of the buildings.

To the Captives of Katayama Market You will find this document on a small wooden table under one of the canopies.

To The Captives of Sentinel's Peak You will find this document inside the watch tower, on the platform in the midsection of the tower.

To The People of Iki Island You will find the records inside the cave.

To The Raiders of Iki Island You will find this document on the main deck of the ship, by the wall inside the ship.

To the Son of Kazumasa Sakai It's on a bookshelf inside the hut located near a large tree with pink leaves growing by the beach.

Watch Report This document lies on a stone in a small cave, the entrance to which is near the surface of the pond.

Vanity Gear

Demonic Archer's Mask The mask is located in a small cavern. The entrance to it is hidden behind a waterfall.

Eye of the Explorer Headband. You will find the item by the corpse lying on the rocks.

Flight of the Dragon Headband. This item is located on top of the temple roof.

Helm of The Lower World The crate is located in the hold of Fune's ship. You can get there through the hatch in the deck on the north side.

Nature's Rhythm Headband. You can find it on the way up to Nakajima Shrine.

Nekoma's Scowl Mask. You will find this item inside a small box that you will find on a rock ledge.

Petals' Caress Headband. It's in the small box you will find next to the trunk of a dead tree and a corpse lying on top of the rock formation.

Prowling Tiger Headband. To get to the platform where the headband is, use the grappling hook to bring down the nearby tree and use it as a bridge to get to the platform.

Raider Helmet Helmet. To get access to this box complete the nearby hidden Altar - Mount Takenotsuji.

Raider Jingasa Hat You can get here from the sea side once you destroy the blockade made of planks.

Rippling Grace Headband. The box with an item will appear when you bow at a nearby hidden altar - Tatsu's Ladder #1.

The Eagle's Chosen Armor Kit. A larger box standing against the stone wall, behind the ladder.

Yamaneko's Eyepatch Head gear. It's on the body lying on the fragment of a shipwreck and can be find after completing the side tale Bloodletting.

Sakai Banner #1 You can get to the banner, which is located on a rocky edge, by walking across the branch. You must first release it using the grappling hook.

Sakai Banner #2 To get to the banner you must use the grapling hook twice. First to move the mast and then to swing to the rock ledge where the banner is.
