4.4. Launch a nuke from any silo [Decrypted Launch Code Required] (Quest completed)

To get the 8-digit launch code for specific bunker you need eight code pieces for that bunker and a message also for that bunker that you will find on the display in the The Whitespring Bunker. This is a rather complicated and time consuming process that has been described step-by-step by one of the reddit users - Step-by-step Guide to Decrypting Launch Codes.

Fortunately, for lazy people like me, there is a very nice site that will do the whole job for you. You can check it for the current week launch codes - NukaCrypt.com.

Once you have Nuclear Keycard and know the decrypted lauch code, go to the appropriate silo (Site Alpha, Site Bravo, or Site Charlie) and use the elevator to go inside.

You must now get to the Control Room located at the end of the bunker. To do this, you must complete Mission: Countdown {Missile Silo Location}.

The last thing you have to do is to insert the keycard into the Nuclear Keycard Receptacle, use the Keypad to enter the decrypted launch code and use the Targeting Computer to select where to drop a bomb.
