3. Find Sam Blackwell's bunker
Seems Quinn Carter's took pretty thorough notes on her route to Sam Blackwell's bunker. I wonder if I could use these to track down the Senator - if he's still alive.
Go to the Abandoned Waste Dump in The Mire and enter the cave.
Move forward. Inside next chamber you will meet two deathclaws. Find the elevator and use the Secure Access Panel.
