I discovered an old bunker in the Mire. When I entered, a voice recording came over an intercom system. I should listen to it and find out what the creator was up to.
I triggered a recorded message from a woman named Abbie. She asked for my help to find a missing uplink. Abbie said the last person who had it was a man named Madigan, heading toward Top of the World.
To find the missing uplink you must complete The Missing Link quest.
I have Madigan's uplink, but it's broken and needs repairs. Once I have the parts, I need to repair it at a tinker's workbench. Abbie mentioned she has one in her bunker.

Now that I have repaired the uplink, I should check in at the SDS terminal. I need to find the "Uplink Repaired" option to trigger Abbie's next message.
Use Scorched Detection System Terminal and select Uplink Repaired.
I repaired the uplink and used Abbie's terminal to trigger her recording for the next step. I should listen to it to find out what I need to do.
You will receive the Raleigh's Password.
Abbie's last recording said I need to get inside Raleigh Clay's bunker to recover some fan motors. She gave me the password so I could get inside. Now all I need to do is find it.
Go to the Raleigh Clay's Bunker and use the access terminal to unlock the door.
When I entered Raleigh's bunker, another recorded message from Abbie came over the intercom system. I should listen to her for more information.
After entering Raleigh's bunker, another message from Abbie came over the intercom system. She said I can find the motors in the generator room, but will also need to look for heating coils and potentially some schematics for some helpful protection in the Mire.
All five of them can be found in one of the cabinets.

Go to Relay Tower LW-B1-22.
Return to Abbie's Bunker.
Now that I have both the fan motors and the heating coils, I need to find a tinker's workbench to create the upgraded motors I need for the Scorched Detectors. Abbie has mentioned she has one in her bunker if I can't find one easily.
