Prayerbooks contain new incantations. To be able to learn / buy these incantations you have to deliver the books to a learned cleric, for example to Brother Corhyn or Miriel, Pastor of Vows.

3Dragon Cult Prayerbook
You will find it in the corpse of the Knight who wanders here. Incantations: Lightning Spear, Honed Bolt, Electrify Armament.
4Fire Monks' Prayerbook
On a corpse in the camp of the fire monks.
5Giant's Prayerbook
In a treasure chest at the top of the tower. Incantations: Giantsflame Take Thee, Flame, Fall Upon Them.
6Godskin Prayerbook
In the chest in the room you will get to as long as you have one Stonesword Key. Incantations: Black Flame, Black Flame Blade.
You can reach the room from the courtyard.
7Two Fingers' Prayerbook
Incantations: Lord's Heal, Lord's Aid.
