Though he is a Sourcerer and wears a Source collar, Bishop Alexandar continues to lead the Divine Order, as he is the son of Lucian, and it is widely assumed he will succeed him as the next Divine.
Read Kniles' Notes.
Dallis seems to be quite a scholar, and possesses a great deal of knowledge on ancient, cryptic subjects.
Read the Letter / Letter to Dallis.
The Magisters have been looting ancient vaults that lie hidden throughout Reaper's Eye, and seizing all of the artefacts that had been stored there during the time of the Sourcerer King, Braccus Rex.
Kill Bishop Alexandar (lvl 8), loot Alexandar's Journal from his corpse and read it.
I learned that a Sourcerer called Master Vredeman has been acting as a tutor for Bishop Alexandar, to help him master the powers needed to become Divine.
Bishop Alexandar is dead - what will happen to the Magisters without him to lead them...?
Alexandar disappeared from aboard the Lady Vengeance as it passed through the Hall of Echoes. Could he have been reclaimed by the gods, or lost between two planes of existence...?
Read the Divine Order Proclamation.
Dallis has been proclaimed the de facto leader of the Magisters, following the presumed death of Alexandar.
I was attacked by Dallis and her forces on the high seas. Vredeman fought at her side - from the power that he displayed, it was clear that he was no ordinary Sourcerer.
Vredeman is guiding the Magisters through their excavations at the Blackpits, in search of the Aeteran. He seems to be remarkably well-informed on such arcane matters.
Find and read the Journal with Note.
Vredeman is in fact the Sourcerer King, Braccus Rex. Dallis forced Tarquin to resurrect him so that she control him with a dominating leash, and use him to unearth the Aeteran and other ancient Source weapons as part of her ultimate plan.
Find and read the Journal.
The White Magisters seek to purge all Source from the world. Dallis has already stolen the Source powers that resided in the Wellspring, and now she intends to purge the Source powers that can still be found in the remains of Lucian the Divine. She seeks to enter his tomb, then use the Aeteran on his corpse.
I learned that the Magisters are trying to prevent anyone from entering the Crypt of Lucian the Divine. I cannot yet say what their intentions might be.
Find and read Magister Letter.
We learned that Vredeman's cruelty and great power was widely recognized among the Magisters - and even among the White elites. Should we ever confront him, we need to do so cautiously.
