1. Start #1: Zaleskar
Talk to Zaleskar in Hollow Marshes.
An undead named Zaleskar said that others like him were rising because of the Covenant. What is this? Some old trick of Braccus Rex...?
2. Start #2: Haunt
Approach the location of Skeletal Undeads (lvl 4).
While we were venturing through the Hollow Marshes, some skeletal undead attacked us. They declared that their previous master died and left them to rot, but now they were promised a future, thanks to their new master. Was Braccus Rex their old master? And who is their new master...?
3. Windego FTJ
Along the shores of Reaper’s Eye, I met again with the sorceress that sank the Merryweather. She was begging her lord for forgiveness, and I can’t help but wonder just who her lord might be.

Open all four sarcophagi at the Memorial of Heroes.
Some of the dead in the graveyard of Stonegarden rose from their graves, insisting that ‘The Covenant’ would be fulfilled. Then they had the audacity to attack me!

Hannag swore herself to the Covenant, in a bid to save herself.

Almira explained how the Covenant was a magical pact: those who accepted it were 'Sworn', and must serve the God King in perpetuity, even beyond death. Seeking to free herself of the Covenant, she discovered an ancient artefact that could allow her to sever ties with the God King. This artefact is known as a Swornbreaker.

Find and talk to Windego (lvl 16).
Windego, the witch who tried to kill me on the Merryweather, said that those who are Sworn to the Covenant are agents of death, who do the bidding of the God King.
9. Kemm
Linder Kemm is an agent of the God King! He is Sworn to the Covenant, and had been trying to extract information from the captive Lord Arhu.

Isbeil, an agent of the God King, had been manipulating the Queen Justinia into using Deathfog against Arx.
12. Isbeil Know
Isbeil, an agent of the God King, had been manipulating the Queen Justinia into using Deathfog against Arx. This would have triggered war between the Divine Order and the dwarves, and made it all the easier for the God King to prevail.
13. Sworn
I have Sworn my soul to the God King and his Covenant. Whenever he deems it necessary, the God King will speak to me and make his will known.
14. Swornbreaker
I crafted an ancient artefact named the Swornbreaker. It is said that this can free its wielder from all magical pacts - including the Covenant.
15. Freed
Using the Swornbreaker, I freed myself from the Covenant and the will of the God King.
