This is a list of weapons, armor parts, and other unique quality items that can be found on the map of the Reaper's Coast and which can be picked up. This list doesn't include unique quality items which drop from defeated enemies.

Captain's Compass AmuletRelated quests: Drowning her Sorrows
Fog is deadly (not for undead). The easiest way will be to use teleportation and teleport the amulet to the location near you.
Copper RingRelated quests: Lost and Found
When you pick it up, you will be attacked by several voidwoken (lvl 10).
Magister SealRelated quests: The Missing Magisters
Ring. It's hidden under a Loose Plank.
Source WeaponsRelated quests: The Law of the Order
Inside the locked barrel (lock lvl 3). Soulforged Crossbow and Soulforged Blade (Two-Handed Sword). When you pick them up, you will be attacked by several volatile and viscous voidlings (lvl 11).
