Quest Group: Snotinghamscire / The Tale of Two Jarls
Prerequisites: To play this quest, you must first complete the quests Adorning the Adorned, Rowdy Raiders, Of Blood and Gods.
This quest will appear in your journal when you complete quests "Adorning the Adorned", "Rowdy Raiders", and "Of Blood and Gods".
Agitated by his father's death and Trygve's desire for suicide, Vili disappears into the night. Eivor sets out to find him.

Return to the funeral site, which is Odin's Rest, and talk to Sunniva. You will talk with her a bit about Vili's future and she will inform you about Trygve's plans - he wants to leave this world together with his Jarl.
At some point you will witness a conversation between Vili and Trygve. Vili will be trying to convince Trygve that what he wants to do does not make sense and will ask you for help. The choice you make will determine whether he does it or not.
While waiting for the funeral, you will take a little nap. When it gets dark, you will be woken up by Sunniva, who will inform you that the Picts were spotted and that Vili went after them. You will tell her to show you where it happened.
Follow her. She will lead you to the camp where Vili saw the scout killed and then charged after the enemy ahead.
Go to Odin Mine Hideout. Enter the cave and keep moving forward, and soon you should reach a cave where Vili is fighting a few enemies.
Help Vili get rid of the enemies.
Once you have eliminated the first group of enemies, follow Vili into the cave, eliminating any enemies that may stand in your way.
After some time you will reach the exit located at the other end of the cave.
After leaving the mine follow Vili to his camp, which is Odin's Hovel.

There, by the campfire, you will have a long chat about your shared past, your expectations for the future, and what is to come. By choosing dialogue options "Yes, I think about what could have been." > "Yes, I want you too." you can spend the rest of the night in Ville's arms.
After completing this quest, you will be able to play the quest Farewells and Legacies.
