Quest Group: Snotinghamscire / The Tale of Two Jarls
Prerequisites: To play this quest, you must first complete the quest On Borrowed Time.
This is one of three quests you will receive after completing the quest "On Borrowed Time". Your clan has prepared a special farewell gift for the jarl's funeral.
With grave good in hand, Eivor seeks out an exiled craftsman to adorn a final gift for Hemming Jarl.

Go to the watchtower next to where Sunniva stored the gift from your clan. Vili will be waiting for you there. Eivor will want to place a special engraving on the shield and will ask Vili if he knows of any craftsman who is up to such task. Vili will tell him about a certain hermit.
Head to Peak Cavern which is to the east of Hemthorpe.
Enter the cave and follow the path through the caverns until you reach a room where you meet the hermit.
When you ask him if he can make an engraving for you, he will suggest that you build a stack of cairn stones.
Arranging a stack of the right height shouldn't give you much trouble. You don't even have to use all the stones.
After arranging the stones, you will talk to the hermit again. You will be able to choose one of three engravings that he should place on the shield. What you choose does not matter. After a while the shield will be ready and this quest will end.
After completing this quest, you will be able to play the quest Under the Skin.
