Prerequisites: To play this quest, you must first complete the quest Fiery Ambush.
You will receive this quest after completing the "Fiery Ambush" quest.
Eivor sabotages Cyne Belle Castle's springalds and oil cauldrons in preparation for the assault.

Go to Derelict Shrine of Camulus and talk to Geadric. He will tell Eivor about the strong defenses in the castle and Eivor will offer to sneak into the castle and try to weaken the defenses.
How you get to the castle and how you deal with the enemies there is up to you. In the lower part of the castle you will find 4 springalds and one oil cauldron which you can destroy or sabotage.
Note: Don't forget to destroy the supply carts, so that your progress bar in the "Chipping Away" quest will move forward.
Return to Derelict Shrine of Camulus. The quest will end as soon as you get close to Geadric and Sigurd. The next quest will automatically start.
After completing this quest, you will be able to play the quest The Saga Stone.
