Go to the Forgotten Sepulchre.
When you try to open the gate, you will be asked to find symbols in the tomb that will allow you to open the gate. Correct symbols are: Time, Mind, and Water.
Symbols are located in the depths of the tomb, but if you know what these symbols are, you don't have to look for them, you just have to press their equivalents located on nearby walls. The order doesn't matter.
