1. Meet Elpenor at the Lost Temple of Nyx

Hints:

The Armor of the Fallen will pierce the Tartaros Veil
Crossing the Veil - Equip the Armor of the Fallen Set or Engrave its unique perk to any piece of gear in order to cross the Veil. Information on how to get the whole armore set can be found in the description of Beyond the Veil quest.

2. Kill the Monger

Hints:

Elpenor's plan can be followed by killing the Monger
His plan can be ignored by helping him fight the guards

You will receive Monger's Dominator (Epic Heavy Blunt).

3. Throw the Monger into the abyss of Tartaros

The choice you make will affect the result of the bet between Hades and his brother Poseidon. You will know that there was such bet once you have made your decision.

To Tartaros with you. - You push Elpenor into the abyss and he dies. Hades wins.
I can see you've changed. - Elpenor will survive. Poseidon wins.
