This quest is unlocked after completing the "This Old Cove" main quest. To start it, you must travel to the island of Cayman Sound and speak with Opía Apito, whom you will find there.
Edward meets Master Assassin, Opía Apito, to inform her of the Templar threat.
Follow Opía. Along the way, she will explain her problem to you. After a moment, you will reach a small camp.
Hint:
Examine the claw marks on the tree trunk,...
...then the large bloodstain on the ground.
Once you have investigated both clues, speak again with Opía - she will be examining the remains of a cage.
Follow Opía further until you reach a spot where the path splits.
Hint:
Use Eagle Vision, and you should see predator paw prints on the ground.
Follow them, and a short distance ahead, you should spot a white jaguar.
Kill the jaguar, preferably while keeping your distance from it.
When the beast falls, this quest will end, you will receive several rewards - White Jaguar Pelt x1, Rabbit's Foot (Common Trinket - Chance of staggering an enemy following a successful parry.), Digested Map Piece x1 - and the next quest for Opía will be unlocked - Templar Ships.
