This is the second quest you will perform for Rhona Dinsmore. It will become available after completing "Bureau Under Attack" - to start it, speak with Rhona again, whom you can find on the terrace of one of the buildings located in the central part of Havana.
Edward must pickpocket a thief to learn more about the Templar threat.
Head to the nearby marketplace and speak with two merchants. One of them is on the southwestern corner of the market.
The second one is closer to the center of the marketplace.
Hint:
For example, you can sit on a bench located in the market.
Shortly after taking a seat on the bench, the theft will occur, and you will see the pickpocket running away.
Run after the pickpocket. He will run onto the terrace of a nearby building and stop, allowing you to catch up to him.
When you get close, he will attack you. Defeating him shouldn't pose any problem at all. Once you kill him, loot his body to receive A Pickpocketed Map. This will complete the quest and unlock the next one in the series - Arms Race.
