Xanthe's Recruiters: Taste of Power

Xanthe's Blood Guards are looking for fresh recruits. They offer people a taste of undiluted vrakhiri blood, hoping to get them hooked. I should put an end to this.

Without her recruiters, Xanthe won't have an easy time making new Blood Guards.

Xanthe would hate to see her precious blood go to waste... Which will make destroying the reliquary all the more satisfying.

I killed Xanthe's recruiters and destroyed the reliquary they were carrying. The old hag is likely to notice.
