Guilty Parties Starfield Mission

This mission starts automatically once you've completed the previous Ryujin mission - "Background Checks". In this mission you will continue trying to figure out who the mole is and you will face a very important choice.
Dalton wants me to find Imogene and bring her to his office for questioning. I should go to Imogene's office on the Operations floor and see if she's there.
Prior missions
To begin Guilty Parties you must first complete Background Checks.
Objectives of Guilty Parties
1. Talk to Imogene on the Operations Floor / Talk to Yuko
While looking for Imogene in her office, Yuko noticed I was searching for her. I should see if she knows where Imogene is.
Head to Imogene's office. When you try to open the door to the office, which turns out to be empty, you will be addressed by Yuko Serrano standing by the entrance. Speak with her. You will learn from her where Imogene is likely to be found.
2. Find Imogene in the Seokguh Syndicate Hideout
Imogene is in a place that is controlled by the Syndicate. You can get there in various ways. If you want to do it without having to fight the Syndicate members then you should, as Yuko suggested, start by talking to Dalton.
2.1. (Optional) Talk to Dalton on the Executive Offices Floor
Yuko told me Imogene was last seen at Frankie's Grab & Go, but she strongly suggested I speak to Dalton before trying to find her.
Talk to Dalton, and he will tell you that you should talk to Benjamin Bayu, who is able to provide you with access and that members of the syndicate will not be hostile to you.
2.2. (Optional) Talk to Benjamin Bayu
Dalton wants me to speak to Benjamin Bayu before I enter Frankie's Grab & Go to find Imogene. Since Bayu has ties to the Seokguh Syndicate and Frankie's is Syndicate territory, it's important to get his approval.
Head to Astral Lounge, VIP balcony and talk to Benjamin Bayu. Tell him that Dalton send you and explain what you need.
- You can try to persuade him to get from him what you came here for.
- If you fail to convince him, you can agree to do what he asks. - "I'm all ears." - He will ask you to steal a certain disk from Kumiho's office, which is located on the third floor of the hideout. You must do it quietly.
- Finally, you can refuse this request and look for a way to get to the hideout on your own.
Note: Bayu's approval will result in syndicate members not being hostile to you, excluding the top level of the hideout where Kumiho's office is located.
2.3. (Optional) Head to Frankie's Grab & Go and Talk to Franchesca "Frankie" Moore
I got Benjamin Bayu's approval to enter the Seokguh Syndicate hideout. I can head to Frankie's Grab & Go now and speak to Frankie herself about getting inside to finally find Imogene.
Head to Frankie's Grab & Go bar located in the Ebbside neighborhood and talk to Franchesca Moore. When you convince her, she will give you the key to the door to the room where the entrance to the hideout is located.
Frankie gave me access to the Seokguh Syndicate's hideout so I can finally go inside.
2.4. (Optional) Find a Way Into the Seokguh Syndicate Hideout
Note: When you get into the hideout without Bayu's approval then all the syndicate members will attack you as soon as they see you.
You can also get to the hideout on your own. One of the entrances is located in the Frankie's Grab & Go bar in Ebbside. The door can only be opened with a key. You can steal the key from the barmaid Franchesca Moore.
To get to the next entrance go around the building where the bar is located. You should then notice a metal staircase. Climb it up to the very top.
When you come out at the very top then turn left. At the back of the building you will find a hatch using which you can get to the hideout. It is locked (Novice Lock) so you need some digipicks to unlock it.
3. Find Kumiho's Slate
I finally made it inside the Seokguh Syndicate hideout. I need to find Imogene and bring her back to Ryujin Industries for questioning. Then I need to find Kumiho's slate for Administrator Bayu. He warned me she wouldn't be friendly if I got caught.
Even after receiving approval from Bayu, you must get to Kumiho's office unnoticed because otherwise you will be attacked immediately. You can use the ventilation duct for this purpose. The second exit is located directly in the Kumiho office.
Be careful, because Kumohi is there too! Remaining hidden, wait for the right moment until Kumiho steps aside and quickly approach her desk and take the disk.
3.1. Deliver Kumiho's Slate to Benjamin Bayu
I confronted Imogene and found Kumiho's slate. I need to deliver it to Benjamin Bayu before heading back to Ryujin Tower.
If you have agreed to fulfill Bayu's request then once you have found the disk and talked to Imogene, you will have to return the disk to Bayu. If before you give him the disk you say "I'm starting to think this may be worth more to me then you." then you will be able to demand 2,500 credits from him.
4. Find Imogene
I finally made it inside the Seokguh Syndicate hideout. I need to find Imogene and bring her back to Ryujin Industries for questioning.
Imogene is located in the Syndicate Backroom located at the end of the hideout.
5. Confront Imogene / Decide Imogene's Fate
I found Imogene in the Seokguh Syndicate's hideout. I need to confront her about being the mole and bring her in to Dalton.
Talk to her and she will try to convince you that she is innocent and that Ularu set her up. She will show you a slate with data that confirms this and ask you to deliver it to Dalton. You will have to decide what to do with her:
- I'll make sure Dalton gets this new evidence. - She will hand you a slate with the evidence - Evidence Against Ularu Chen - you are supposed to deliver to Dalton. She will stay in hideout.
- Dalton gave me orders to bring you in. Evidence or not, you're coming with me. - She will not want to go with you and will explain why. You will still be able to choose whether to side with her or attack her.
- [Attack] You're a traitor and I won't allow you to live. - You will have to kill her.
Imogene claims she's innocent but will not return with me. I either need to trust her or kill her.
5.1. (Optional) Kill Imogene / Search Imogene for Evidence
If you do not trust Imogene then you will have the option to attack and kill her. When you do, take the evidence slate from her corpse.
6. CombaTech Catalog 01 / Grunt Issue 02
Before you leave the Syndicate's hideout, take the CombaTech Catalog 01 magazine that you will find in one of the rooms on the second floor.
Also take the Grunt Issue 02 magazine magazine that you will find in one of the rooms on the first floor.
7. Return to Dalton at Ryujin Tower on the Executive Offices Floor
I need to return to Dalton and give him the slate.
Return to Ryujin Tower. When you take the elevator to the right floor, you will be chatted up by Yuko.
7.1. (Optional) Talk to Yuko
Talking to her is optional. You can tell her what you have determined or ignore her.
7.2. (Optional) Confront Ularu on the Executive Offices Floor
Imogene was collecting evidence against Ularu. Perhaps I should confront her.
Before you go to Dalton you can confront Ularu. When she finds out what you are coming with she will close the door to talk in private. Persuade her or lie that you will give her the evidence and then she will confess that she is the one behind the leaking of the plans. You will also find out that she wants to take Masako's place. You will have to choose whose side you are on.
- I'm on whatever side involves the most credits. - You will side with Ularu.
- If it means better job security, I'm on your side.
- If you really have Ryujin's best interest in mind, then I'm on your side.
- I don't care how you frame it. You're a traitor, and I'm with Masako.
- Masako's side is Ryujin's side. And that's the side I'm on.
If you take Masako's side, you will then have to decide whether to hand Ularu over to Dalton or kill her.
If you sided with Ularu and said earlier that you would hand over the evidence to her then you will be able to hand over the data disk to her or keep it for yourself and change your mind about her future fate.
If you decided to reveal the truth about Ularu to Dalton and give him the evidence:
Ularu confessed to leaking Project Dominion in a plan to overthrow Masako. She tried to recruit me, but I refused. I need to report to Dalton to give him the slate and let him know what I've learned.
If you decided to side with Ularu:
I agreed to help Ularu who admitted to leaking Project Dominion as part of her plan to overthrow Masako. I still need to report to Dalton but also make sure he believes Imogene is guilty.
If Ularu hasn't revealed to you that she is a mole:
Ularu wouldn't confess to being the mole. I need to report to Dalton and give him Imogene's evidence slate.
If Ularu revealed to you that she is a mole and you decided to kill her:
Ularu confessed to leaking Project Dominion. She was a traitor, and I killed her. I need to report to Dalton.
If you decide to kill Ularu then this decision will make the completion of the mission "Sabotage" much easier. Without Ularu, Imogene will no longer have to hide, you will be able to meet her during that mission and then she will give you a certain key.
7.3. Quest completed!
Go to Dalton and tell him what you have learned. If you decided to help Imogene, you will hand him the evidence disk. If you sided with Ularu, you will have to lie and frame Imogene.
After completing the report, this mission will end and you will receive 250 XP, credits and random items. The next mission - "The Key Ingredient" - will automatically start.
I found Imogene in the Seokguh Syndicate hideout. She had evidence to prove Ularu is the mole, but Dalton needs time to examine it.
After completing Guilty Parties you will get or will be able to get The Key Ingredient.
