To start this mission you need to talk to Nyssa Marcano again some time after you have completed her previous mission which was "Liquid Assets". You will find her in the same place, which is her bar in the Viewport building in New Atlantis.

Objectives of Drinks on the House
1. Talk to Nyssa Marcano
Nyssa has asked me for help locating a friend. I should talk to her when I'm able to assist.
2. Find Sasha Alessio
Nyssa Marcano is looking for her friend Sasha, who was supposed to be scouting business locations in the Well. She suggested I start by asking for Sasha in Kay's Place.
3. (Optional) Talk to Theresa Mason
I'm looking for Nyssa Marcano's friend Sasha, who might be found in MedBay in the Well.
4. Talk to Sasha Alessio
Sasha Alessio landed in MedBay after tangling with some thugs in a section of the Well that might be useful for Nyssa Marcano's business. She's asked that I try and deal with them instead.
5. Enter Sub 12
6. Deal with Fizz
I've found Sub 12 in the Well. Now I just need to handle the squatters who put Sasha in MedBay.
7. Talk to Sasha
I've resolved the situation in Sub 12, and can let both Sasha and Nyssa know that it's safe for them to use.
8. Talk to Nyssa Marcano
I reported my success in Sub 12 to Sasha, and now just need to give the good news to Nyssa.
9. (Quest completed)
I found Nyssa's missing friend and helped resolve a dispute over a location for her ever-expanding business enterprise.
