This mission may appear in your mission log when you hear from a random Akila City guard about a quarrel between Sarah Filburn and her brother-in-law Henry while exploring the city. If you don't want to wait for this to happen, then you can just go to the place where Sarah Filburn is staying and talk to her.
A guard said that Sarah Filburn was arguing with her brother Henry about something. Might be worth investigating.

Objectives of Beer Run
1. Talk to Sarah Filburn
Head to the Weston Filburn's House and talk to Sarah Filburn. You will learn from her a bit about her family business and the problem she has with her brother-in-law. She will ask you to carry out a little sabotage for her, thanks to which Henry will start doing what he should in order to grow the family business.
2. Sabotage the latest batch of Henry's beer
Sarah Filburn wants me to sabotage her brother-in-law's latest batch of beer so that he's forced to work on IntelliWheat, instead. I have to go to Henry Filburn's brewing operation and figure out how to do that.
Step outside the house. Before you carry out the sabotage, you'll be able to talk to Henry whom you'll find in a nearby Henry Filburn's House and inform him about Sarah's plans. You will then receive 50 XP from him and a bit more credits than you would have received from Sarah after which this mission will end.
Instead of sabotaging Henry Filburn's beer, I warned him instead. He was furious and is going to make sure Sarah can't interfere with him again. He also gave me a reward.
If you want to do as Sarah asked you to do then find the Filburn Agricultural Brewing Computer terminal near the Recreation Field and interact with it.
You will be able to change one of three parameters.
- To spoil the beer, increase the temperature or IBU.
- If you increase the amount of alcohol the beer will become even better so selecting this option will cause the mission to fail and you will not receive rewards.
3. Wait one day for Henry Filburn's beer to brew
I've tampered with Henry Filburn's latest batch of beer. Now I have to wait for it to finish brewing. It shouldn't take more than a day.
The easiest way is to sit on one of the nearby benches and wait 24 hours.
4. See reaction to Henry Filburn's latest beer
Henry Filburn's latest batch of beer is done brewing. I should go to the Stoneroot Inn and see how the patrons like my "improvements."
Head to the Stoneroot Inn and listen to what the people in the bar say about Henry's beer. If you spoiled the beer then the feedback will be negative.
If you have increased the amount of alcohol then the feedback will be positive and the mission will fail at this point.
It turns out that upping the alcohol content of the new batch of Henry Filburn's beer made his beer more popular than ever. Sarah wanted to pay me to sabotage the beer, so there's no way I'll get a reward now.
5. Talk to Sarah Filburn
Henry Filburn's new batch of beer has gone over terribly. Just as planned. I should tell Sarah Filburn the good news and get paid.
If you have spoiled the beer, you can return to Sarah to collect the reward for completing the task. You will receive 50 XP and some credits (2,500 in my case), after which this mission will end.
Sarah Filburn's sabotage of Henry Filburn's brewing operation was successful. In time, it should force Henry to focus more on the IntelliWheat side of the business.
