After completing The Gilded Cage and No, No and Thrice, No missions, you will be able to talk to Sadie, whom you will find in your camp in Shady Belle.

Your conversation with Sadie will be interrupted by Dutch who needs to talk to you about the trolley bus station robbery. You and Dutch will go to the balcony on the upper floor of the house and there you will discuss your plans for the future.

At some point a horse with Kieran's mutilated body will enter the camp, and after that the O'Driscolls' attack will begin.

Objectives of Horsemen, Apocalypses

1. Fend off the O'Driscolls

Note: To earn the gold medal you need to use only your side arms during this mission. So before you start, make sure that your side weapons are in good condition, you have the right amount of ammunition, etc. Also equip yourself with a sufficient amount of Dead Eye tonics, as Dead Eye will be very helpful in this mission. Take your time (except for boat requirement), and aim at opponents' heads as you need 15 headshots and a good accuracy. Don't forget to use the covers, too.

2. Get to the front door / Fend off the O'Driscolls

Go downstairs and go outside through the main door. When you open the door, scared women and others will run into the house.

Take a position behind a cover and start eliminating more O'Driscols.

When a wagon with a few more enemies arrives, you will have to retreat to the house.

3. Retreat back to the mansion / Push the cabinet

Run through the front door into the house and use the cabinet that stands by the door to barricade it.

4. Fend off the O'Driscolls

Dutch will assign you windows to defend, and Arthur will automatically move to his place.

Note: In my case, at this point Arthur automatically grabbed the rifle. If you have the same and you want to earn the gold medal, remember to change your weapon.

Break the windows and start shooting at the O'Driscolls who are attacking the house from behind.

After a while, you should hear Sadie screaming from the outside.

5. Jump through the window and find Sadie

Jump out through the window and run to the back of a nearby shed.

Sadie was unusually good at dealing with her attacking enemies on her own.

6. Protect Sadie

Run towards the marina and quickly kill enemies who stand in your way.

Then kill two enemies on the boat. Killing them before they get off the boat is necessary to get the gold medal.

Then start moving toward the front of the house, eliminating enemies along the way.

When you get there, the remnants of the O'Driscolls will flee and the mission will end.
