With renewed strength and the weather finally stable, the gang ride down from the mountains to set up camp at Horseshoe Overlook.

Drive the wagon and follow the others.
When you cross the river, the wheel in your wagon will break down.
Get off the car, lift the wheel and reattach it to the rear axle of the wagon. Then return to the driver's seat and continue your trip.
Continue your journey, the route you should follow will be marked on the minimap. During your journey you will talk to Hosea, who will give you some information about the new area. He will also give you some herbs that you can use for crafting.
At some point you will meet Javier. You should slow down so that he can jump onto the back of your car.
Finally you will reach the new camp.
When you get to the camp, Dutch will call a meeting to inform everyone what to do next. The mission will end and you will gain access to the open world.
After completing this mission, you will be able to play the missions Polite Society, Valentine Style, Americans at Rest, Who is Not Without Sin.
