Prior quests
To begin Bounty - Rafiq the Red Beard you must first complete Bounty - Oheiro.
Quest stages of Bounty - Rafiq the Red Beard
1. Kill Rafiq the Red Beard and take his ship's triumph.
Siren's Song can be found sailing the waters south of Crookspur Island, which is northwest of Neketaka.
2. Return to Barati.
Rafiq's ship rests in Ondra's watery embrace. Barati can be found on the upper floor of the palace in Serpent's Crown in Neketaka.
3. Endings
I dealt with Rafiq the Red Beard and claimed the reward for his bounty.
