Can be unlocked using the Diving Bell Key during The Dark Below main task in Act 3.

To make it available kill Palestag and collect enough glowing orbs: Glowing Orb (Statue #1), Glowing Orb (Statue #2), Glowing Orb (Statue #3), Glowing Orb (Statue #4), Glowing Orb (Flowers #1), Glowing Orb (Flowers #2), Glowing Orb (Cocoon), Glowing Orb x5 (Sacred Shrine).

Available only during the Great Taste of Pharloom wish. To open it talk to Creige and pay him 480 Rosaries.

To unlock this entrance, you need one of the simple keys: Simple Key (Mosslands, Pebb), Simple Key (Songclave, Jubilana), Simple Key (Sinner's Road), or Simple Key (Sands of Karak).

Play Needolin when standing near fireflies, then follow them. Repeat this few times times to exit the Mist for good.
