In Hollow Knight: Silksong, Mask Shards are collectible items that increase Hornet’s maximum health, with four shards combining to form one additional health mask. Gathering all 20 shards scattered throughout Pharloom allows Hornet to reach a maximum of 10 health masks. Some shards can be found early, while others require progression, new abilities, or access to later areas of the game.

Mask Shard (Bilewater)To get here, you must first acquire the Clawline (Grappling Hook) ability.
Mask Shard (Blasted Steps)The easiest way to get there is to use the Silk Soar (Super Jump) ability.
Mask Shard (Cogwork Core)To get here and collect this piece of the mask, you have to arrive from the the east side.
Mask Shard (Dark Hearts)Act 3. This is the reward for completing the Dark Hearts wish.
Mask Shard (Deep Docks)You will be able to reach this location if you have the Cling Greep (Wall Cling / Jump) ability.
