Use the lure at {ParentLocation} to trap a Scorchbeast on the ground and defeat it!

Quest stages of Event: It's a Trap
1. Report to the {ParentLocation} Trap
2. Activate the Lure
The Scorchbeast detector has gone off, reporting an attack. I'm at the nearest trap, so it falls on me to use it.
3. Prepare to Fight
I set off the lure and there are some crazy noises being blasted into the area. I guess this might attract trouble.
4. Defeat the Scorchbeast
I managed to lure the Scorchbeast here and the trap is keeping it grounded, at least for a while.
5. (Quest completed)
The Scorchbeast is dead!
