Haunting of Neist Point
Destroy the rocks preventing you from entering the tower. If you need an oil jug for this you will find one inside a small reed shack nearby. Then climb to the top of the tower and talk to the man you meet there.
2The Drink of the Picts
Enter the brewer's house through the window and take the list of ingredients. Talk to the Brewer and he will ask you to collect the ingredients. Collect all the ingredients (use Odin's Sight to locate them, some of them you can only collect during the night) and return to the brewer.

They can only be caught at night. Look out for small flying yellow dots that leave trails behind them.
