There are five pieces of Thor's armor to collect, plus his hammer. You have to prepare yourself for the fact that it will take you some time to collect them, as you will have to fight many battles with challenging opponents. This is Bear-aligned gear.
To get the first three parts you will have to defeat three Daughters of Lerion.
Thor's Breeches drop from Goneril (Power 90)
Thor's Battle Plate drops from Regan (Power 160)
Thor's Gauntlets drop from Cordelia (Power 340)
After killing all Daughters of Lerion and collecting the daggers, which are some kind of keys, from their corpses, you will be able to get to the room where Thor's Helmet is located.
In order to get Thor's Cape, you will have to assassinate all of the Order of the Ancients members and bring all 45 of their medallions back to Hytham.
You will only be able to get Thor's hammer when you have collected his entire set of armor, which means at the very end of the game. To grab it, you must travel to Norway, to the gorge marked in the picture below.
At the bottom of the ravine you will find the hammer. You will be able to pick it up only when you wear all the parts of Thor's armor.

Thor's HelmetTo get to the room where the helmet is located you have to beat all of Daughters of Lerion. One of the entrances to the underground is located in the ruins north of the marker.
Find the statue shown in the picture below and interact with it. Eivor will use the three daggers he collected while killing the Daughters and thus open the passage hidden under the statue.
