You will receive this mission automatically as soon as you complete the previous main mission that is "Starborn".
I need to meet with Vladimir Sall about finding more Artifacts in the fringes of space.
Talk to Vladimir. He will give you the coordinates located on two randomly selected planets where you should go to find the artifacts.
Vladimir has given me locations he believes could hold Artifacts.
Travel to the two planets pointed out by Vladimir and find artifacts on them. The order in which you visit these planets does not matter. When you reach the cave where the artifact is located, you will be attacked by the Starborn member and you will have to kill him first. They can become invisible for some time and when they are killed you get one Quantum Essence.
I've found the Artifacts. Time to add them to the collection.
When you collect both artifacts then you can return to the Lodge to add them to the ones you already have. When you do this you will talk for a while more with Matteo, who apparently has a crisis of faith,...
...and Vladimir will ask you for a favor. This will end this mission, you will receive rewards: 750 XP, 7200 Credits, Med Pack , and the next main mission will begin - "Short Sighted".
The Artifacts are now part of the collection.
After completing this mission, you will be able to play the mission Short Sighted.
