In Mission 7, "Lock, Stock, and Barrels," you can acquire poison from a barn to silently dispatch Aldo Riese. Similarly, in the DLC mission "Lights, Camera, Achtung!" at the Ville Du Lac film studios, poison can be used to eliminate Adolf Hitler himself with precision and stealth.
