Hidden Items are various items that can be found during the missions. You need to collect 22 of them in the campaign to unlock the "Treasure Hunter" achievement / trophy.
A special type of Hidden Items are Propaganda Poster. Each mission, excluding the prologue and epilogue, has one Propaganda Poster and they are hidden in areas where enemies would not find them. Collecting a poster will unlock the Propaganda Challenge for the mission.
